What is MacroCheck?

MacroCheck is a set of nutrition calculators (protein target, fiber gap, and macro split) and data-driven ranking pages that list foods by protein and fiber density. Food nutrient values come from USDA FoodData Central (SR Legacy and Foundation Foods). Reference values (RDA, adequate intake, AMDR) come from the Institute of Medicine's Dietary Reference Intakes.

MacroCheck is an independent website. It is not affiliated with any health organization, government agency, or food company.
